Did you get an Access Denied error message when you tried to access the website? There are several reasons why this might happen.




You Do Not Have Access to the Resource

If you're able to log into your account but are trying to access resources that are not included in your subscription, you will be denied access. For example, if you have only a simulator subscription and try to access the chat room, you will get an Access Denied message. If you are trying to access the chat room, please make sure you are clicking the ENTER CHAT ROOM link and not the link for the Inner Circle Chat Room unless you have an active Inner Circle subscription.


Your Login Expired

If you are certain that you have access to the resource you are trying to access, the issue may simply be that your login time on our website has expired. Try logging in again directly from the login page, or clearing your cache and cookies and opening a new login window.


Your Subscription is Not Active

You may also be denied access if your subscription is expired or paused. After getting the "Access Denied" message, you should be able to access this page to check your subscription status. If your account is paused, send us a message through the support system and we will unpause your subscription for you. If your subscription is expired and you'd like to renew, we'd be happy to answer any questions you have regarding renewal.


Your Payment Failed to Process

If a payment on your payment plan failed, our system will automatically pause your account. If you need to update your billing information, you can do so through this link here or the "Billing & Credit Card Info" link on your member dashboard. Afterwards, please send us a message through the support system and we will reactivate your account for you.
