Did you get an Access Denied error message when you tried to access the website?


You may be denied access if your subscription is expired or paused. After getting the "Access Denied" message, you should be able to access this page to check your subscription status. 


If your account is paused, send us a message through the support system and we will unfreeze your subscription for you. If your subscription is expired and you'd like to renew, we'd be happy to answer any questions you have regarding renewal.


If you need to update your billing information, you can simply click the link on the Access Denied page to update your billing information.




If you're able to log into your account but are trying to access resources that are not included in your subscription, you will be denied access. For example, if you have an chat room subscription and try to access trading courses, you will get an Access Denied message.
