If you are having trouble logging into the platform, first make sure that you are using the correct login credentials. Your username will have been sent to you in an email from support@fantasystocktraders.com when you signed up for your simulator subscription. Be sure to check your spam folder! This username will start with "war" followed by a set of numbers.


If the platform tells you that "Your account has been locked" or "Your account has been removed" when you are using the correct username, get in touch with us and let us know which error message you are getting and what username you are logging in with.


Please also note that you should be logging into the platform that has been installed onto your computer, and you should not be logging into the Fantasy Stock Traders website.
