Make sure that you are clicking the blue ENTER CHAT ROOM button on your member dashboard, rather than the Chat Room sales page link on the top of the page. If you get an "Access Denied" message when clicking the ENTER CHAT ROOM button, and you do have an active chat room subscription, you either are not logged into your dashboard (just log in!) or your chat room subscription is paused (you can check by clicking the Active Subscription Details link and then contact us to unpause for you).
