If you login to the simulator, and you have quotes that are offline (see example below) even though the market is open, we would suggest clearing your cache/cookies from the browser you're using, and then log back into the simulator. 


There is also an instance where your Quotes can be off-line if you didn't fill out your Market Data Agreements properly, and as a result, your data was turned off until the proper information is supplied to our compliance department. If you feel this may be the case, send us an email to simulator@warriortrading.com and we'll help you get data restored to your simulator account. 


Another scenario where your quotes can be off-line is when your simulator looks something like the screen shot below. This is usually cause by very strict network settings most commonly found in the work place. If you have a close relationship with your IT department, you may be able to work with them to loosen the security on the company network (though not very likely). If you're experiencing this on your home network, try lowing the security settings on your modem and then proceed to login to the simulator.
