First, please make sure that you are logging into the chat room directly from our website, and not using any bookmarked links to the chat room platform. Members must log into their accounts first at https://www.warriortrading.com/login-member/ and use the blue "Small Cap" or "Large Cap" button to enter Ross or Mike's chatroom.

If you are completing the login process correctly but still getting this error, the fastest solution is to try a different browser to log on, or clear your current browser cache and cookies.

Finally, check your internet connection, restart your router, or switch to a wired connection if possible.
