Make sure that you are clicking the blue "Small Cap" or "Large Cap" chatroom button on your member dashboard, rather than the Chat Room sales page link on the top of the page. If you get an "Access Denied" message when clicking the one of the chatroom buttons, and you do have an active chat room or course subscription, you either are not logged into your dashboard (just log in here!) or your chat room subscription is paused (you can check by clicking the 'Orders & Subscriptions' link and then contact us at to unpause for you).
