The best way to contact us is through our support portal (for both members and non-members) or our Support Room (if you are a member with chat access)! You can browse our support articles anytime or reach out to us by submitting a support ticket.


Please note that we do not provide phone support.


How to Chat in Real-Time with Member Support via the Chat Room

Note this is only available to Pro members with an active chat room subscription. Pro members interesting in adding chat room access can visit our Renewal Information & Chat Room Tools page to review the available tools subscriptions.


  1. When signed into the Member's Dashboard, enter the chat room platform:
  2. Open the Support Room from the left-hand Rooms list:

    If you do not see this list, you might have toolbar minimized. Follow the steps of the image below to open the Support Room:
