To verify your profits, we'll first need to see a copy of the full Realized Capital Gain/Loss Report with the last 4 digits of the account number visible. The first page of the report will look something like this:
We'll also need an image from the "My Profile" section of your TD Portal that shows the last 4 digits of your account number and your full name as associated with the account. See image below for reference:
