Did you get an Access Denied error message when you tried to access the website? There are several reasons why this might happen.

First, please make sure your subscription is active. If it is, try accessing the Member's Dashboard directly at https://www.warriortrading.com/dashboard/.

If your membership is not active (or to check membership status), you can access helpful links from the Access Denied page.

Most Common Fix: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

The issue may simply be that your login time has expired. Please clear your browser cache and cookies (or click this link here), close the browser window, and sign in again at https://www.warriortrading.com/login-member/

If the issue continues, you can determine if it is related to cache and cookies by signing in using a private or "incognito" browser window. If you're not receiving the Access Denied error message incognito, clear your browser cache and cookies again, exit the browser, and re-open it.

If you receive the error message specifically when trying to access the education portal, it can be very helpful to change your browser settings so that it cleans the education portal cookies after each browser exit. Your Subscription is Paused, Expired, or the Latest Renewal Failed

If your account is pausedsend us a message through the support system with a descriptive subject line like "Unpause My Account" and we will unpause your subscription for you.

If your subscription is expired or the latest renewal failed to bill, we'd be happy to answer any questions you have regarding renewal. If you're already a member and would like to purchase a renewal, contact our Membership Consultants at team@warriortrading.com or via https://warrior.app/contact.

If you need to update your billing information, you can do so through this link here or the "Billing & Credit Card" link on your Member's Dashboard. Afterwards, please send us a message through the support system and we will reactivate your account for you.

You Do Not Have Access to the Page

If you're able to log into your account but are trying to access resources that are not included in your subscription, you will be denied access. For example, if you are a Warrior Starter member and trying to access the Warrior Pro mentor sessions, you may get an Access Denied message.
