Did you get an Access Denied error message when you tried to access the website? There are several reasons why this might happen.

Most Common: Your Subscription is Not Active

You may  be denied access if your subscription is expired or paused. After getting the "Access Denied" message, you should be able to access the "Member Site" link (this page) to check your subscription status.  If your account is paused, send us a message through the support system with a descriptive subject line like "Unpause My Account" and we will unpause your subscription for you. If your subscription is expired and you'd like to renew, we'd be happy to answer any questions you have regarding renewal. If you'd like to purchase a new subscription, simply click the "Products" tab and choose the service you'd like to purchase. This will lead you to our sales pages where you can select your subscription for purchase.

Your Payment Failed to Process

If a payment on your payment plan failed, our system will automatically pause your account. If you need to update your billing information, you can do so through this link here or the "Billing & Credit Card" link on your member dashboard. Afterwards, please send us a message through the support system and we will reactivate your account for you.

Your Login Expired

If you are certain that you have access to the resource you are trying to access, the issue may simply be that your login time on our website has expired. Try logging in again directly from the login page, or clearing your cache and cookies and opening a new login window. Information on clearing your cache can be found here.

You Do Not Have Access to the Resource

If you're able to log into your account but are trying to access resources that are not included in your subscription, you will be denied access. For example, if you have only a simulator subscription and try to access the chat room, you will get an Access Denied message. If you are trying to access the chat room, please make sure you are clicking the 'Small Cap' or 'Large Cap' chatroom button and not the link for the Inner Circle Chat Room unless you have an active Inner Circle subscription.
