Did you get an Access Denied error message when you tried to access the website? There are several reasons why this might happen.
Your Payment Failed to Process
If a payment on your payment plan failed, our system will automatically pause your account. If you need to update your billing information, you can do so through this link here or the "Billing & Credit Card" link on your member dashboard. Afterwards, please send us a message through the support system and we will reactivate your account for you.
You Do Not Have Access to the Resource
If you're able to log into your account but are trying to access resources that are not included in your subscription, you will be denied access. For example, if you have only a simulator subscription and try to access the chat room, you will get an Access Denied message. If you are trying to access the chat room, please make sure you are clicking the 'Small Cap' or 'Large Cap' chatroom button and not the link for the Inner Circle Chat Room unless you have an active Inner Circle subscription.
