To reactivate your paused account you will need to contact the Support Team as this must be done from the back end of our system.

The best way to make sure that your request to have the account unpaused gets seen as soon as possible is to send your request through our Support Portal:

Use a subject title such as "Unpause Account" and make sure to select "I have login questions or would like to unpause my account" as the reason for your request.


This will direct the request to the right person on our team to unpause it for you as soon as possible!
