How to Update Billing Information


Members can update the billing information on their account by either updating the information directly, or by saving their new information when purchasing a renewal. If your membership is expired or due for payment, please see the "How to Renew" section farther down on this page, as it will show you how to both renew and update your billing information.


To update the billing information or credit card on file, sign into your Warrior Trading account at https://www.warriortrading.com/login-member/ .

If you have an active membership, you'll be lead to the Member's Dashboard where you can click the "Billing & Credit Card" tab and update the information there.



If your membership is expired, you can update your billing information from the "Access Denied" page by clicking the link to view your Orders & Memberships and then proceeding to Billing Info (see below). 





How to Renew a Warrior Trading Membership

 

Active members can view the "Renewal Information" page from the Member's Dashboard for renewal details. As of Summer 2022, most Warrior Trading memberships are equipped with an easy renewal feature which allows members to renew directly from their Member Control Panel as well.


Our memberships still do not auto-renew at this time; however, our system will remind you 3 days before your membership expires, and you'll be able to take advantage of our renewal feature moving forward:


  1. Go to the Orders & Memberships section of your account. If your membership is active, the link is available from the Member's Dashboard, as shown below:




    If your membership has expired, you can reach the "Orders & Memberships" section from the "Access Denied" page:
     
  2. Click Manage next to the membership you want to renew
  3. If the renewal feature is available, you'll see a blue button prompting you to click to renew. Click that button.


  4. You'll then be able to choose your payment method on the next screen and complete your purchase. If you are paying with a new credit card, you'll see the option to save your new billing information on your account.


After completing your purchase, you should see that your expiration date has been extended.
