Please note that these are instructions for our Windows-based platform, and not for the old browser-based platform.

To reset your password for the simulator, you must sign in first. If you cannot locate the welcome email with your password, please reach out to our Support Team, and we'll help you reset the password.

1. Sign in using your Trader Name (ID) and Password that was sent to you in the welcome email titled "Your New Warrior Trading Simulator Account" (be sure to check your spam/junk folder). Please remember that your Trader Name will be a set of numbers, and NOT your email address.

2. Once you're signed in, in the main sim window, select Actions > Edit Password

3. You'll then have a window open where you need to input the password you were given in the sim welcome email, followed by entering in your new password and confirming the new password. 

4. When you have successfully reset your password, you'll need to use the new password the next time you sign into the simulator.
