Signing into the Platform
You should watch this video before your first sign-in to help you understand how to use the platform and properly open the live stream. Please also remember that compatible browsers are Google Chrome, Firefox, and MS Edge.
When you're ready, please follow these steps to enter the platform using a compatible browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, or MS Edge):
- Sign in at https://www.warriortrading.com/login-member/ with your email address and password. Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive and may have both upper and lower case letters. For additional login assistance, see this page here.
- Signing in with an active account will bring you to the Member's Dashboard, where you can click on the blue button to enter the platform.
- Please review the chat room policies on the next page.
- If you agree to the chat room policies, click the blue button to enter.
Accessing Rooms & Broadcasts
Within the platform, review the rooms list on the left and click to open a room.
- For a description of the different rooms and their hours, click here.
- For more information on scanners, click here.
Auto Join Stream
By default, Profile settings will automatically start the live stream when (if one is available) when you enter a room or whenever a new stream is started and you are already in the room. If you want to maintain control and manually initiate the live stream at your convenience, simply toggle off Auto Join Stream in your Profile Settings found in the bottom left under Profile.
If you decided to turn Auto Join Stream off and you have opened a chat room, the broadcast icon will change to a red Join Stream indicator once a broadcast becomes available. To join the live stream, just click the camera icon for that room.
To open the News Room, simply click on News Room from the left-side menu bar of your platform. If you cannot see the News Room on your monitor, scroll down to the Tools section on the left-side menu bar.
Streaming State Icon and Status Key
- If you do not see any camera icon for a room, it means the room does not support streaming.
- For example, in the image below, you can see that the Lounge does not normally have a live stream, but the Pro Mentor room does. You can also see that the Pro Mentor stream is currently off:
- The rooms and icons also appear greyed out when the service is offline vs online, as you see below.
The Support Room here is offline:The Lounge here is online:
- If you see the Join Stream icon in red, you can click it in the left side menu or on the corresponding room's widget if you have the room open.
- If you see Stream Off, no live stream is available at this time. Please click here to learn more about streaming hours.
- If you see a green Stream Open, this indicates you have a live stream open somewhere in one of your browser windows.
- For example, in the image below, you can see that the Lounge does not normally have a live stream, but the Pro Mentor room does. You can also see that the Pro Mentor stream is currently off:
Troubleshooting the Live Stream
If you cannot see the live stream while in the green "Stream Open" state, search for any open widgets or browser windows that might have the stream. If you still cannot find it, please perform hard refresh of your browser (if using Google Chrome or MS Edge browser, hold Shift and press F5. If using Firefox, hold Ctrl and press F5). When the page reopens, click the Join Stream indicator on the room widget again to open the broadcast.
Lastly, You might not have full access or permission to a room or stream due to your access level. If that is the case, you will just see Streaming, No access. This allows you to be aware when streams are normally active for certain rooms. Clicking on the room or stream will lead you to a widget that gives you a link to upgrade if you are interested in doing so.
Remember that the indicator "Stream Off" only states there is no live broadcast available at that time. However, clicking the chat room name will still open the chat within the regular chat hours (starting at 7 AM ET on market days).
Stream Audio Settings
Specifically for the audio for the live streams, please ensure that the audio is able to come from your computer or device from another browser or software. If not, you might need to troubleshoot Bluetooth or audio connections with your Device support team.
To adjust audio settings on platform alerts in the chat rooms, please see this article here.
Adjusting Screenshare Volume and settings
To adjust live stream audio in the live trading room, hover over the screenshare image, and you'll see a volume bar appear. You can then adjust the lever on the volume bar to turn the audio up or down. Clicking the speaker phone icon will mute or unmute audio. See the images below for the stream widget functions and volume adjustment:
Be aware that clicking on the screenshare can pause the stream. If you want to turn off this functionality, please right click the screenshare and un-check Show all controls.
If you cannot hear audio with the screenshare up or have any other streaming or platform issues, please see our troubleshooting guide here.
