I cannot find my welcome email to download my simulator.

If you just signed up for our  Warrior Pro Program, or Warrior Starter Program, you will not have your simulator added to your account unless you have manually added it during the checkout process or passed your 14 day mark in your course.

We do this as to allow our members to start their simulator simulator trial when they are ready to start.  As that is when the 30 or 90 day Trial of simulator access will start. ( 30 for Starter, 90 for Pro)

If you know that you have already signed up for the sim by adding it to your account, then you should have received an email titled "Your New Warrior Trading Simulator Account," sent from simulator@warriortrading.com.

You may need to check your Spam/Junk folders to see if that's where the email ended up. 

If you cannot locate the email, please add the @warriortrading.com domain to your email spam whitelist or your contact list to make sure you get our emails.

Next, search your junk/spam folders for emails from simulator@warriortrading.com or an email titled "Your New Warrior Trading Simulator Account".

This email will walk help you sign market data agreements. After signing agreements, you'll receive a link to download the simulator platform.

Still cannot locate the welcome email? For fastest assistance, please email us at simulator@warriortrading.com or submit a ticket through our support portal, using the subject line "No Simulator Email," and indicating in the description that you have already searched your spam folder.
