Full error message: "Unable to connect and/or redirect from SCSD. Please verify that the Trader ID is correct. Contact your manager if necessary."
Many users will encounter this error message if they have just recently signed the agreements for market data in the WT Simulator and are trying to access the platform directly afterwards. Information for the market data agreements is processed by the data provider every 24 hours. Therefore, users will not have access to the platform until the data provider has accepted their submission the following morning. You should be able to sign in by 7am EST the following day.

However, if you are receiving this error message over 24 hours after signing your market data agreements, You might have not entered your Username correctly into your instal please Click your downloaded install sheild again. and click Uninstall. Once finished Click the install shield again to install the program again and Try to enter your Username again correctly.
If you are unable to login to the simulator from 11:55 PM EST to 12:15AM EST. Even though you were able to login earlier. Rest assured, Nothing is wrong with your account.
Our Simulator is actually undergoing maintenance at that time and you should be able to login from 12:15AM EST.
