Your simulator account has been disabled if you:
- receive the error message "Trader Disabled" on startup, or
- see an "Acct Disabled" order rejection pop-up when trading.
Most likely, your simulator subscription has expired. You can confirm by checking your account through the "Orders & Memberships" link on your Member's Dashboard. If your simulator subscription is expired, you may be able to renew through the "Manage" button if it appears to the right. Otherwise, simply refer to the green "Trading Simulator" section of the Member's Dashboard for renewal information or contact us for renewal information.
If your simulator subscription is not expired, and you believe that you should have access, please send us a message here through our Support Portal, and use "I am having a simulator login issues" as the reason for your request.
