Error Message: "Order Rejected" "Acct disabled" or "Trader Disabled"

If you receive on Start up  the Error message: "Trader Disabled" 


Or while trading you get the "Acct Disabled" Order Rejection means that your simulator account has been disabled. You should first consider if you have an active simulator subscription. 

Often a member's subscription expires or did not renew successfully. You can check on your subscription status by checking the status of the subscription and its expiration date on your account (the "Orders & Subscriptions" link on your member dashboard).


If your subscription is not expired, and you believe that you should have access, please send us a message here through our Support Portal, and use "I am having login issues" as the reason for your request.
