Reminder: the live trading room platform is compatible with Firefox and Google Chrome and not compatible with iOS or mobile devices at this time.

If you're having trouble view screenshare/video in the live trading room, first check if there is video being streamed. There is no screen share available to see if the radio tower icon in the live trading room looks like this (notice the radio tower is not blue in the image below):

If the radio tower is blue (as shown in the image below), and your screenshare / video is no longer showing, please click the screen icon once or twice to see if it pops up (see image below). Remember: the radio tower needs to be blue, as this will signal that something is being streamed to the screen.

If the screenshare still does not show, do a hard refresh of the browser (SHIFT+F5 on Windows operating systems). Then, click on this link here to clear the cookies associated with our Warrior Trading site:
