Only students with an active trading course membership will be able to chat publicly in the live trading room platform.


Members with a standalone trading room membership will not be able to chat in the rooms, with the exception of the Support room for technical troubleshooting. If you are interested in learning about upgrading to a membership that gives you the ability to participate in the chat, please reach out to our Support Team, and we'd be happy to help.


Direct messaging is also no longer available in the new trading chat rooms for any members. However, certain members of the WT Team are still able to initiate a private message with students when necessary.


If you have an active membership and have been muted by a moderator for any reason, and would like your access reinstated, please reach out to us.
