Please note: the following are instructions for signing into the live trading chat room. The Live Trading Chat Room is where you can follow our trading educators during live trading in the stock market.
Enter your email address as username and then the password you chose when you created your account. If you can't remember your password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" feature to have the system email you a reset link.
After logging in, you will be taken to the dashboard where you can click on the blue button for the trading strategy of your choice.
On the next page, review the chat room rules and click on the orange button to enter the chat room you've chosen.
That should get you into the chat room! If not, please send us a screenshot of the error and let us know what browser you are using. Please note that the platform is most compatible with Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
